Do not modify the vanity in any way.
Doing so will compromise the structural stability of the vanity and may cause
property damage.

This product is packed with the stone top
down and with the lavatory in a carton inside the vanity cabinet. Use care and
avoid dropping parts when removing from packaging.
WARNING: Risk of property damage.
The vanity is heavy and cumbersome to
move. Obtain sufficient help to lift or move the vanity to avoid impacting, sliding,
or side-loading the legs.
WARNING: Risk of property damage.
Select 250 lb (113.4 kg) load bearing 5/16
″
lag bolts with a length that can safely clear obstacles in the wall
and
5/16
″
washers. Calculate the proper length of the lag bolts by adding the following:
1-1/2
″
(38 mm) backing material + wallboard thickness + back rail thickness.
NOTICE:
To avoid the risk of product damage, the finished wall must be straight and
plumb. If the finished wall is not straight and plumb, the vanity will not be properly
supported.
NOTICE:
Putty or sealant may discolor the marble top. Use a damp cloth to remove
excess putty or sealant immediately after faucet and lavatory installation.
Observe all local plumbing and building codes.
Provide 2x6 backing material behind the finished wall to properly support the
vanity.
