The Dual side burner is factory set to use Propane gas. It is critical that the gas you use matches that
which the side burner was set up for. You can verify that by checking the rating plate.

PROVIDED WITH THIS APPLIANCE. THIS REGULATOR IS SET FOR AN OUTLET PRESSURE
OF 11 INCHES OF WATER COLUMN (2.74 kPa). THE APPLIANCE CAN BE USED WITH
PROPANE GAS AND NATURAL GAS. THIS APPLIANCE IS ADJUSTED AND SHIPPED FOR
USE WITH NATURAL GAS. TO CONVERT TO PROPANE GAS, USE ONLY A SUPPLIED
PROPANE GAS CONVERSION KIT. REFER TO INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR HELP

Gas Connections
Never connect a gas line directly to the grill. A pressure regulator must be installed on all gas
equipment. All local codes require a pressure regulator and NewAge supplies the correct regulator
with your grill. Removing or failing to install the pressure regulator can result in fire, and serious
personal injury and will void the warranty. This grill is designed for non-combustible enclosures
only.
As indicated on the rating plate, this gas grill is designed to operate with gas supply pressure of
11” WC for Propane.
This appliance is certified to be used only with 20 Lbs Propane tank.
If the gas
supply pressure is lower than these requirements, the unit will be under-fired and will not reach
the maximum temperatures. Ensure that the supply line size complies with local and/or national
installation codes.

The rating plate is located in one or more of the following places:

On the underside of the side burner lid
Ensure that the gas supplied meets with the minimum pressure requirements. Do not operate the
Side burner on any gas other than that for which the Side burner has been set.
Both the regulator and the manifold orifices have been tuned for the type of gas specified on the
rating plate.
All installation and all installation parts must conform to local codes with the National Electrical
Code, ANSI Z223.1/ NFPA 70 latest edition and the National Fuel Gas Code, ANSI Z223.1/NFPA 54
in the U.S. and CGA-B149.1/.2 in Canada. Canadian installations must conform to CGA-B149.1/.2
natural gas/propane installation code. (Canada)
