Pas de lumière sur les touches et voyants.

L'alerte détartrage est orange fixe et les touches café fonctionnent
(Alerte détartrage niveau 1).

L'alerte détartrage se déclenche en fonction de la consommation. Détartrez la machine.

L'alerte détartrage clignote en orange et les touches café fonctionnent
(Alerte détartrage niveau 2).

Le détartrage n'a pas été fait correctement. Détartrez la machine.

L'alerte détartrage clignote en orange et la touche Mousse de lait est
éclairée en permanence.

La machine est en mode détartrage. Appuyez la touche Mousse de lait chaude pour commencer le

détartrage.

L'alerte détartrage est orange fixe et les touches café ne fonctionnent plus
(Alerte détartrage niveau 3).

La machine est trop entartrée, elle est bloquée. Détartrez la machine.

L'alerte nettoyage est orange fixe.

Rincez le système de lait.

Toutes les touches café et recettes clignotent alternativement.

La machine surchauffe, attendez qu'elle refroidisse.

L'appareil est bloqué pour 10 minutes environ suite à une vidange.

Le levier ne se ferme pas complètement.

Videz le bac à capsules. Assurez-vous qu'aucune capsules n'est bloquée dans le bac à capsules.

La mousse de lait est insuffisante.

Utilisez du lait écrémé ou demi-écrémé à température du réfrigérateur ( 4° C environ).

Rincez le système après chaque préparation (voir le paragraphe nettoyage à la main du R.C.S.).

Détartrez la machine (voir le paragraphe Détartrage).

N'utilisez pas de lait gelé.

Je ne peux pas entrer dans le Mode Menu.

Enlevez le pot à lait.

Assurez-vous d'appuyer simultanément pendant 3 secondes sur les touches Latte Macchiato et

Mousse de Lait.

Enlevez l'embout de détartrage.

Coffee comes out very slowly.

Flow speed depends on the coffee variety.

Perform a self check of the machine. Enter the menu list and select Maintenance. Follow instruction

Coffee is not hot enough.

Preheat cup.

Capsule area is leaking (water in capsule container).

Position capsule correctly. If leakages occur, call the Nespresso Club.

1) For a perfect milk froth, use skimmed or semi-skimmed milk at refrigerator temperature (about 4° C)

2) Rinse after each milk based preparation. Place a recipient under milk outlet, rotate the milk

regulator knob until “CLEAN” position.

3) Every two days, disassemble the R. C. S. and clean all components in the upper level of a

dishwasher

Delonghi warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. During this period, Delonghi will either repair or

replace, at its discretion, any defective product at no charge to the owner. Replacement products or repaired parts will be guaranteed for only the unexpired portion of the original
